Some of our board members are peers living their lives facing the everyday challenges of brain injury, however this is not a requirement for board membership.
BIRRDsong founders and members have worked diligently since 2003 when the organization was first formed, to establish a balanced board of both people with brain injury and including family members support persons and professionals.
We realize that brain injury affects the lives of everyone involved including the community in which we reside. Our goal is to maintain a multicultural, age and gender balanced team that is reflective of our greater community
